"I am also involved in a few societies at University. I have been the Social Secretary for ACSE Society, and I am the Inclusions Officer this year. I'm also involved with an 'Engineers Without Borders' group called 'Precious Plastics'. This team are designing machines to recycle plastics that would usually go to landfill.
"I also play Ice Hockey with the 91Ö±²¥ Bears team. I had the opportunity to play in Varsity 2's last year, which was a mind-blowing experience."
"I still haven't decided what I want to do after University, so I am doing a Year in Industry Placement. This will help me gain some experience and allow me to work out which areas I enjoy. So far, I am interested in the Research and Development field as it allows me to think creatively and use cutting-edge technology."
