Professor Nick Bishop receives the Brittle Bone Society award

Congratulations to Professor Nick Bishop on receiving the Brittle Bone Society's award for "Outstanding Service for the care and research in children with Osteogenesis Imperfecta" at a reception on 5 December 2018 hosted by MSP Shona Robison (Cabinet Secretary for Health and Sport 2014–2018) and attended by FM Nicola Sturgeon to mark the Brittle Bone Society's 50th Anniversary.

Professor Richard Eastell was awarded the Linda Edwards Award by the National Osteoporosis Society at their annual meeting in Birmingham on 4 December 2018. His lecture was entitled, ‘Tools to guide decisions regarding long-term treatment of osteoporosis.’
