Research interests: I am a biological psychologist interested in the relationships between stress, cognition and health; the effects of stress on eating behaviour; and potential for nutrients and diet to moderate stress vulnerability. I also have an interest in the promotion of healthy, sustainable diets, the impacts of food insecurity, and population health.
