I am a registered Associate Nutritionist with a background in sustainable food systems. I recently joined Co-Centre for Sustainable Food Systems, where I will work on projects related to school food in the UK and Ireland.

My research interests include the promotion of healthy diets from sustainable sources, increasing dietary fibre consumption, and the improvement of school food, including school breakfasts.
