Description

SICCL is pleased to host Dr Peter Harrison (University of York). In this seminar, peter will be discussing difficulties in implementing the terms of the Nagoya Protocol notably with regard to indigenous people's right to control traditional knowledge associated with genetic resources. This seminar will be of interest to legal and non-legal scholars that are keen on the intersection between biological innovations and intellectual property protections.
