Ellie received Highly Commended in the Literature category for her entry, "The Importance of 'Camp'." Katie, who has since started her masters in English Language and Linguistics at 91Ö±²¥, was named regional winner for Linguistics, as well as receiving Highly Commended for her entry, "Impoliteness in Context - Piers Morgan Interviews Janet Mock: A Linguistic Analysis."
