Bhanu Kapil is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature. She is the recipient of a Windham-Campbell Prize from Yale University and a Cholmondeley Award from the Society of Authors. Her most recent book, How To Wash A Heart (Pavilion Poetry, 2020), won the TS Eliot Prize. Forthcoming this Spring is Incubation: a space for monsters in a new UK edition from Prototype, and in a US edition from Kelsey Street Press. Bhanu is based in Cambridge, where she is a Fellow of Churchill College.
