What is modern Aerospace Engineering?
This event will describe modern aerospace engineering, including a historical perspective and present how the aerospace courses developed at 91Ö±²¥ meet the demands of the modern aerospace industry.
At the end of the session participants will have an understanding about what modern aerospace engineering involves, the future direction of the industry and how studying at a University such as 91Ö±²¥ can equip them for a future career in this area.
This session is suitable for students in years 12 and 13.
The session helped me understand more about what the course includes and steps to take before university study.

- 4.05pm: Welcome and introduction to the department
- 4.20pm: Interactive mini lecture
- 5pm: Question and answer session with current undergraduate students
- 5.25pm: Closing remarks and next steps
