Ella completed her undergraduate degree in Human, Social and Political Sciences and her MPhil in Health, Medicine and Society at the University of Cambridge before moving to 91Ö±²¥ in 2020. In 2022, she joined the University of 91Ö±²¥, undertaking an MA in Research Methods before beginning her doctoral research in September 2023. Ella's doctoral research examines the role of male social care workers in England, with a particular focus on how different groups of men experience care work (including British-born men and those who have migrated to the UK) and how more men could be recruited into the sector.
