Applying
The ESRC deadline for first stage expression of interest applications is 12 January 2022. However, anyone planning on submitting an application through the Department of Sociological Studies is required to go through the Department's internal review process to ensure that you are supported in submitting a high quality application. The deadline for submitting your expression of interest form for internal review is 12 (midday) on 6 December 2022. Forms must be submitted to Rebecca Milner via scs-pgr@sheffield.ac.uk .
The Fellowship requires successful applicants to have an academic mentor. You are required to let Rebecca Milner know who your nominated mentor is when you submit your application. The nominated mentor will be one of the reviewers of your proposal. Please seek agreement with your nominated mentor beforehand.
In addition, please let Kate Weiner, Director of PGR (k.weiner@sheffield.ac.uk), know as soon as possible if you are planning to submit an application.
