Profile

I am an ESRC funded doctoral researcher in the Department of Politics and International Relations working in the field of International Political Economy (IPE). My research focusses on conflict and violence associated with extractive industries in Latin America and my PhD project interrogates their relationship with the green transition, sustainability, development and capitalist transformation. I am also a co-convenor of SPERI’s Doctoral Researchers Network which through events and collaboration aims to connect post-graduate researchers across disciplines who are interested in issues related to contemporary capitalism.
