Roles and responsibilities

• Act as the main contact for project account and cost centre queries (non research accounts)
• Manage postgraduate research (PGR) RTSG accounts
• Process PGR student expense claims
• Provide training to staff and students on different financial activities including online expenses
• Registration of casual workers and Graduate Training Assistants (GTAs)
• Process payments for casual workers and GTAs
• Complete internal funding forms
• Administer Learned Society Fund (LSF) claims
• Code departmental purchasing cards
• Create sales invoices and credit notes
• Arrange journals
• Complete purchasing card bookings
