Profile

I am a student researcher in the Institute of Work Psychology at the University of 91Ö±²¥. I started at 91Ö±²¥ University Management School in 2020.

My research topic is organisational members' improvisation, specifically focusing on the micro-processes of team improvisation, i.e. how team improvisation occurs, and how the generation of team improvisation can be influenced. I am also aiming to discover the processes of team improvisation through other organisational elements such as organisational learning and innovation. For methodology, I focus on qualitative methods, such as observation, interviews and focus groups.

My supervisors are Professor Kamaljit Birdi and Dr Sarah Brooks.
