Gabi Binnie is Head of Funded Projects for , an independent people and talent consultancy with a particular specialism in the connection between employers and educators. As Head of Funded Projects, Gabi leads the delivery of large-scale, regional employability projects funded by bodies including the Office for Students (OfS), local authorities and the European Union, including the award-winning . She also manages Gradconsult’s research and evaluation portfolio, working closely with university careers services to analyse the impact of programmes and interventions on student and graduate outcomes.

Gabi has previously held research and policy roles with the Association of Graduate Careers Advisory Services (AGCAS) and partnered with organisations including Universities UK International and the Institute of Student Employers (ISE) on research exploring the employability development of international graduates and the impact of Covid-19 on the career aspirations of students at UK universities. She has written for , and on issues relating to graduate employment, student employability and the graduate labour market. She hopes to bring her deep understanding of employability and student success to 91Ö±²¥ University Management School's Advisory Board.

Gabi is an alumna of the University of 91Ö±²¥ and was the elected Welfare Officer for 91Ö±²¥ Students’ Union in 2015-16. Gabi is deeply connected to the University of 91Ö±²¥ and seeks to contribute to the continued success of the Management School and wider University community through her involvement in the Advisory Board.

She also holds an MSc Occupational Psychology from Coventry University and is Vice Chair of the board of trustees for SAIL Derbyshire.

I am delighted to be joining the Management School's Advisory Board. The calibre of graduates produced by the School is exceptional and it has far-reaching impact around the globe through its alumni and research outputs. I hope to contribute my knowledge and experience to the development of the School, supporting the work-readiness and future success of graduates.
