You can take a break for up to 45 minutes whilst studying in the libraries and learning spaces by using a Study Break pass.

The service can provide preventative support to help you manage your wellbeing and succeed at University.

 allows you to access free 24/7 online mental health advice from qualified professionals.


Wellbeing at Sport 91Ö±²¥

offers web pages and an app that allows you to learn, log and keep track of your lifestyle.

With assessments and tools built-in, you can set goals, track progress and better understand a healthy lifestyle including your mental wellbeing.

The Garden Room

The Garden Room is a student space for wellbeing and relaxation; it is situated on the Ground floor of the Information Commons.


Sensory Study Room

The Sensory Study Room was created through collaboration with SUSU Liberation Officer, SUSU Disability Officer and colleagues in DDSS, and is located on Leve 4 of the Information Commons.


Student Mental Health, Counselling and Therapies Service

You can access a broad range of mental health support via the Student Mental Health, Counselling and Therapies Service, the University’s mental health support service including self-help, drop-in sessions and crisis support.
