As I came to the end of my Masters in 2014 I took on the role of Restorative Justice Administrator at the Thames Valley Partnership, where I worked until 2016, with the role developing to Restorative Justice Hub Coordinator to include the recruitment and training of all volunteers and coordinating the victim initiated, pre sentence, CRC and prison initiated restorative justice streams within the Hub, as well as training as a Restorative Justice facilitator myself.
I left in 2016 to take on a role as Criminology Lecturer at University Centre Peterborough, rising to Curriculum Lead (course leader for the degree) within a few months. I was responsible for the running of the degree, developing contacts within the criminal justice field locally and teaching a number of modules including policing, introduction to criminal justice and many more until I left in September 2018.
Towards the end of my time there I was developing new modules in anticipation of application for TDAP by the University Centre. I left in 2018 to pursue a PhD. In 2019 I went part time and currently work as a Community MARAC Coordinator part time alongside my PhD.
