What first attracted you to join the University of 91Ö±²¥?

Security in my career, a range of opportunities across the organisation and being a 91Ö±²¥er myself to work somewhere central to the city I love.

What do you enjoy most about working at the University of 91Ö±²¥?

Friendly colleagues, lots of different CPD opportunities and events happening. A sense of community.

What do you enjoy about working with your team/department?

A really supportive and friendly team. Colleagues across the department take an interest in each other and we’re all working towards a common cause. The flexibility also means a lot for me as someone with a child.

Do you have any favourite memories from working at the University of 91Ö±²¥?

Socials and chance to get to know colleagues. Attending events with students and seeing how our work has a direct impact.

What’s your favourite thing about 91Ö±²¥ as a city?

There is so much going on. It is really friendly. And it is beautiful and green and the perfect place to be if you like a city life but the chance to escape to the countryside easily.

What would you say to someone who was considering the University as a place to work?

I’d say go for it. I’d say look into what the Department you’re applying to does – what their values and approach are. Think about what the job would involve and find someone who works at the Uni for advice and an insight.
