A CLEAR IDEAS workshop.

CLEAR IDEAS is a framework, developed by Professor Birdi, to help organisations more effectively generate and implement creative new ideas. Thousands of people from all sorts of backgrounds have now learned to use the CLEAR IDEAS method and evidence shows that the approach can really help participants to improve performance, maximise organisational outcomes and enhance value for money.

Professor Kamal Birdi was invited to run a CLEAR IDEAS innovation development workshop in June 2022 at The Circle in 91Ö±²¥ for South Yorkshire Frontline, a consortium of organisations led by Depaul UK. At the workshop, a number of third sector agencies dealing with homelessness in the 91Ö±²¥ City Region were represented.

Participants used the workshop to produce creative solutions to challenges such as improving mental health support, supporting young people into work and enhancing collaboration between consortium members.
