High entrance requirements for our degree programmes at 91Ö±²¥ reflect the quality of the University.
All applicants are required to have an internationally recognised English language qualification such as IELTS or equivalent. The minimum score that is accepted for entry, in line with UKVI regulations, is IELTS 6.0 or equivalent for Bachelors and 6.5 or equivalent at Masters level. Please note that some departments may require a higher score. Standard XII English Language with at least 75% or above is generally accepted also. Undergraduate Programmes e.g. BSc, BA, BEng/MEng
A variety of qualifications can be considered for direct admission to undergraduate bachelor degree programmes.
Indian Standard XII
Applicants with a minimum aggregate of 75% and 75-80% in key subjects at Standard XII will typically be considered for direct admission to undergraduate degree programmes.

For Medicine A100: A minimum of 85% overall is required. To include 85% in Chemistry and another science. In addition A grades in A level Chemistry and another science are also required as well as the UKCAT.
A Levels

Undergraduate degree pathway programmes at the University of 91Ö±²¥ International College
The provides programmes specifically for international students who want to progress to the University of 91Ö±²¥. Upon successful completion, students can progress to an undergraduate degree. Students can choose to study an International Foundation Year in the following subjects:
Postgraduate Taught Programmes e.g. MA, MSc
For entry to Postgraduate Taught Programmes e.g. MA, MSc
You will usually need a 3 or 4 year bachelors degree from a recognised university in a relevant subject for entry. Most postgraduate courses require a UK 2:1 or equivalent for entry, but some courses may consider 2:2 grades. Please see our course finder for specific course requirements.
The score required will depend on the university you have attended and the course you have applied to study and may differ from the equivalence below.

We understand that different institutions can have different grading schemes. As such, we would ask you to upload a grading key to convert your overall GPA to a percentage score alongside your application, if possible.
MBA applicants
As well as suitable qualifications (as per the information above) at least 3 years post-graduation work experience in a relevant position will be necessary for direct admission to our triple accredited MBA.

Exchange Students
Incoming exchange students should have minimum average grades equivalent to a UK 2:2 (55%) in their studies to date. Specific prior study requirements for individual modules may also apply.
