Stephen came to 91Ö±²¥ in February 2000. He has also taught at the University of Manchester, Hampshire College, London School of Economics, and the University of Hull. Stephen's main research interests are in the philosophy of mind, philosophy of psychology, and cognitive science. Some of the issues that interest him in these areas are: the nature of concepts, the nativism/empiricism debate, and philosophical methodology.
