Leading the low pay agenda

Professor Sarah Brown who is an independent Low Pay Commissioner was invited to speak at a Resolution Foundation event on the future of the minimum wage on Thursday 30 May 2019 in London.

The Resolution Foundation event coincided with a new government review of the international evidence of the impact of minimum wages and the world-leading minimum wage expert Professor Arin Dube has been appointed to lead the review.

Other speakers at the event included Chancellor of the Exchequer Philip Hammond MP, Professor Arin Dube and Torsten Bell, Director of the Resolution Foundation.

The Resolution Foundation also presented new research on the future of the minimum wage from its report.
