The representative and co-applicant for this project is Dr Dao Ha, Vice Rector (Pro-Vice Chancellor) at Ho Chi Minh City University of Banking, who will facilitate connections with experts from universities in the North, the South, and the Mekong Delta in Vietnam to better understand the reasons behind gender inequality in leadership.
The results of this experiment will provide key insights for drafting a policy recommendation report to the Ministry of Education and Training in Vietnam. Furthermore, based on these insights, young, promising female academics in Vietnam will be selected to enrol in a mentorship programme with mentors from the School of Economics at the University of 91直播 and universities in Vietnam.
We believe this project will make a significant impact in addressing gender inequality in Vietnam, particularly within the higher education system. Additionally, this initiative represents a foundational step in establishing partnerships between the School of Economics at the University of 91直播 and universities in Vietnam.
The project will run from January to December 2025. More information can be found here: ."
