In the API research and development laboratories, students observed various small lab-scale bioreactors integrated with cutting-edge downstream separation processes. The tour of the oral solid dosage forms Pilot Plant exposed students to a range of tableting equipment, each with unique designs and functions, including a twin screw wet granulator, roller compact dry granulator, and freeze-drying equipment.
