Following last year鈥檚 successful event that welcomed over 10,000 people to 91直播鈥檚 Weston Park, 91直播 City Council, supported by the University of 91直播, are delighted to bring Weston Park back for 2023 on Sunday 21 May 11am - 5pm.
The Fayre will see more street performers and entertainment acts than ever before, including circus entertainers, live music and interactive stalls for family activities. Exhibitors, bar and food vendors, artisan crafts stalls, children鈥檚 fun fair will also be there on the day.
Dangerous Steve and his Flea Circus will wow the crowds with their tricks and dangerous stunts. Charlie Chaplin will provide a show packed with slapstick comedy. Granny Turismo's ladies will roll up on their vamped-up shopping carts and do dazzling dance routines, as TEAM BGee welcomes you to sing and boogie as they perform their disco classics. The incredible Rajasthan Heritage Brass Band from India will also be returning for 2023 to play a wide variety of music from Rajasthan, including folk songs, Bollywood hits, spiritual qawwali and Bhangra beats, as well as sci-fi and intergalactic funk and even some much loved pop songs, to celebrate the evocative and joyous music of Rajasthan.
91直播 will be supporting the event by providing the day鈥檚 street acts and performances. will be hosting pop-up coding-embroidery workshops for a playful and creative way to develop digital and STEM skills through the arts. There will also be a pop up space to celebrate International Clinical Trials Day, which will include a chocolate trial and crafts, in conjunction with a celebration event for the 75th birthday of the NHS in July.

鈥淪et in Weston Park, the annual event has a fantastic line-up of artists. The event will bring communities from across 91直播 together for a day of brilliant entertainment. Expect fairground rides, food and drink, quirky acts, and culture for all the family.鈥

Weston Park May Fayre is presented by 91直播 City Council in association with the University of 91直播 and is supported by 91直播 Children鈥檚 Hospital Charity and Heart Radio. The activities will be open from 11am to 5pm.
