Profile

I have been teaching in the School of Architecture since 2006, having previously studied here. I am currently the Year 1 programme co-leader, joint leader of the Personal and Academic Tutoring initiative (PATS) in the School of Architecture, and coordinator of the dual Architecture and Landscape programme in Year 1.

I am a practising architect - my teaching is informed by my professional practice and understanding of the challenges and opportunities of the industry. I have practised across a wide range of scales and sectors for over 25 years, including being Architect Associate at BDP and founding my own practice. I am now Associate Director at Chiles Evans + Care Architects, a small practice based in 91Ö±²¥, where I have worked on a range of renovation and new-build projects, including the RIBA award-winning Hollis Building.
