Fran registered as a pharmacist in 2008 and has worked in various roles as a Clinical Pharmacist at 91Ö±²¥ Teaching Hospitals, completing a postgraduate certificate in Medical Education in 2013.
She secured a role as an education and training pharmacist with a clinical speciality in neonatology in 2015. Her role within the trust has included teaching pharmacists from undergraduate to advanced practice level and teaching a variety of other healthcare professions. She took part in the Future Leaders Programme with Health Education England North School of Pharmacy and Medicines Optimisation (2020-2021), completing a postgraduate certificate in Leadership for Health Professions.
She recently worked on a regional project with the Universities of Huddersfield and Bradford to explore the expansion of pharmacy placements in the region.
